When you visit vytalventures.com, submit an enquiry, apply to work with us or express interest in joining the Bench, we may collect the following:

  • Name, email address and contact details - so we can respond to your enquiry and keep you informed about Vytal Ventures.
  • Professional background and experience - where you have shared this as part of an application or expression of interest, so we can assess fit and follow up appropriately.
  • Identity and financial information - for Bench members only, as required by our KYC process and where applicable under SEIS/EIS regulations. This information is handled with the highest level of care and is never shared without your explicit consent.
  • Usage data - standard information about how you interact with our website, collected via cookies and analytics tools, to help us improve the experience.

We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not use your information for automated decision-making.

How we use your data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and applications
  • Keep you informed about Vytal Ventures, our ventures and relevant opportunities, where you have asked us to do so
  • Process Bench membership applications and manage ongoing Bench relationships
